My dogs paw pad is swollen and getting red. Ice, snow and salt. What can I use?

Is there any cream I can use on my dog’s paw pad. Like a hydrocortisone cream to help her paw pad?

I would suggest just cleaning it with warm water and a mild soap to remove any salt, and melt any ice that is stuck. You can soak it for a few minutes, then make sure it gets very dry, even between the pads.

Anything that you use topically is likely to be licked off.

If the paw stays red, or seems to bother the dog, take a trip to your vet. It might need more aggressive therapy.
